My mission is to help my clients achieve their optimum health and wellness through massage, specialized skin treatments and nutritional coaching.  My goal is to make a difference with everyone I meet.

I became a massage therapist 18 years ago as a second career because I wanted to stay in the health care field after deciding I needed a change from my first career as a Registered Dental Hygienist.   I loved "cleaning teeth", but wanted to explore massage after one of my wonderful patients suggested I pursue this field because they felt I had "a wonderful touch".   Also, I wanted a career where people looked forward to seeing me and not dreading their appointments...after all, most people do not like going to the dentist.  "Oh no, I have to go to the dentist"...as opposed to "Oh, I can't wait to get my massage".  Guess which comment I would rather hear??...you guessed it!

It makes my day...no, I am not related to Clint Eastwood.....when I can help my client reduce or eliminate their pain and/or their stress....what a great profession this is!
